David Bruyer

David Bruyer is an agent at Monumental, serving Prince William, Fairfax, and Arlington Counties. Born and raised in Montana, he spent seven years in the United States Army as a Combat Engineer, stationed across the country and in South Korea. He joined Monumental to work with a team built around real systems and processes, carrying over the standard of performance he was used to in the military. He's completed PLACE's agent launch and buyer certification training.
David works as a guiding advisor and advocate for his clients, researching properties for investors, showing homes to buyers, and negotiating offers directly. His first client had their eye on one particular neighborhood for a long time; David helped them secure a home there in a highly competitive market. On every transaction, he works closely with Monumental's team leadership, so each client gets the same level of attention and care from start to close.
