Julie Wagner is an agent at Monumental, focused on Springfield and Burke, Virginia. Before real estate, she worked in mortgage lending and later as a notary public and settlement agent, working alongside attorneys across Northern Virginia as well as Monumental's own Cardinal Title. That background gave her a close view of the financing and paperwork side of a transaction before she ever represented a buyer or seller directly. She joined Monumental to work alongside a team of experienced professionals, and has completed PLACE's agent launch and buyer certification training.
On a deal, Julie researches properties for investor clients, shows homes to buyers, and negotiates offers directly. On every transaction, she works closely with Monumental's team leadership, so each client gets the same level of attention and care from start to close.
