Toni Rebbeck is Director of Operations at Monumental, bringing more than 20 years in real estate as a former broker-owner and property manager. She works across every transaction the team handles, making sure paperwork, deadlines, and details are managed before they become problems, and has helped close hundreds of transactions since joining Monumental. Before real estate, she held roles in information technology and worked at the executive level in banking.
Toni's approach is detail-oriented and consultative: she keeps clients organized so a transaction moves as smoothly as possible from start to finish. Her measure of success is simple: clients who get to focus on their lives instead of the paperwork, and agents on her team who get to focus on their clients instead of the logistics. That standard applies to every file that crosses her desk.
