Fairfax County police drone program wins national NACo award

The Fairfax County Police Department's Drone as First Responder program won a 2026 National Association of Counties Achievement Award, according to FFXnow.

The program was named Best in Category for Criminal Justice and Public Safety, the organization's highest honor in that category, FFXnow reported.
