Learn MoreAustin Southern, Managing Partner at Monumental, was born and raised in Northern Virginia and has spent six years in real estate there. He focuses on Fairfax County and North Arlington, guiding senior clients through every kind of transition, from complex downsizing to simple moves, and helping first-time buyers purchase their first home. His track record: over $80 million in volume across more than 130 transactions. He was part of Tom Ferry's 2024 Thirty Under Thirty class, and his team has been named a top producer by The Wall Street Journal and RealTrends.
Austin treats every client's situation as different: he analyzes the numbers to protect their interests and communicates directly about what he finds. That approach has helped a 99-year-old buyer sell the home they'd lived in for years and close on their next one, and guided first-time buyers who never thought home ownership was possible into a house of their own. Before real estate, Austin ran a retail business and worked in digital marketing; he's now involved with the Rotary Club of Washington, D.C. and Planning for Senior Life.
Roxanne Southern has spent 21 years in real estate full-time, with a license going back to 1980. Born in California, she moved to Virginia with her family in the 1970s and built her career around Arlington single-family homes, focusing on downsizing moves and maximizing value for a client's next purchase. She's a Senior Partner at Monumental and the hyperlocal expert for The Jefferson, a retirement community in Ballston. Her production includes roughly $200 million in volume across more than 500 transactions, over 300 with senior clients. She's a Diamond producer with NVAR and Samson Properties, and holds the Senior Real Estate Specialist designation.
Before real estate, Roxanne worked as an account executive in logistics and other sales roles. Her approach is consultative: she walks clients through what's ahead and follows through on what she says she'll do. She points to one moment as the clearest sign her work matters: a client, settled into their new place after downsizing, telling her simply how happy they are to have moved. Roxanne is president of the Fairfax chapter of Planning for Senior Life.
Toni Rebbeck is Director of Operations at Monumental, bringing more than 20 years in real estate as a former broker-owner and property manager. She works across every transaction the team handles, making sure paperwork, deadlines, and details are managed before they become problems, and has helped close hundreds of transactions since joining Monumental. Before real estate, she held roles in information technology and worked at the executive level in banking.
Toni's approach is detail-oriented and consultative: she keeps clients organized so a transaction moves as smoothly as possible from start to finish. Her measure of success is simple: clients who get to focus on their lives instead of the paperwork, and agents on her team who get to focus on their clients instead of the logistics. That standard applies to every file that crosses her desk.
PLACE provides value to our clients by connecting them with industry leaders who waive unnecessary fees and charges, employ state-of-the-art search technology, guarantee transaction transparency, and provide a consistent experience to buyers and sellers in any price point in any geographic location in North America.
